What We’ve Achieved at Count Her In Sports
We’re proud of the progress we’ve made in empowering young female athletes and creating inclusive opportunities in sports. Here’s what we’ve accomplished so far:
Launched Unite Her Soccer
Essex County’s first all-girls house league soccer program! In collaboration with SC United Soccer Club and the Ontario Soccer Association, we’ve laid the foundation for a supportive league where girls can compete, grow, and thrive in a space built just for them.
Hosted Female Talent Clinics
Young athletes have gained access to expert coaching and development opportunities, helping them refine their skills and build confidence on and off the field.
Empowered Women as Leaders
By offering coaching roles, we’re inspiring and equipping women to mentor the next generation of athletes while fostering leadership and representation in sports.
Addressed Equipment Needs
We’ve helped remove financial barriers by providing critical sports equipment, ensuring every girl can participate regardless of their financial circumstances.
Funded Unique Opportunities
We’ve supported athletes and teams in pursuing competitive experiences, broadening their horizons and creating memorable moments of growth and achievement.
Let’s work together to empower your next move in sport.
Due to a high volume of sponsorship requests, our team will now be reviewing applications on a monthly basis.
While sponsorship requests are welcome at any time, they will only be reviewed and responded to during the first week of each month. For example, if you submit a request in August 2025, it will be considered in the September 2025 review cycle.
This process allows us to be thoughtful and intentional with our donation dollars, ensuring they create the greatest impact for girls in sports.
We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
These milestones are just the beginning.
Together, we’re building a future where every girl has the opportunity to succeed in sports and beyond.
